BRADLEY HALL Owner, General Contractor
Even as a child growing up in Snellville, GA, Bradley Hall had an interest in home building that led him to explore all areas of this challenging industry. He first began gaining experience while attending Brookwood High School by working on construction sites during the summers and weekends while also juggling academics and football.
Bradley’s talent on the football field led him to receive a scholarship to The Citadel in Charleston South Carolina where he received his bachelor’s degree in business administration in 2002. Upon completing his education, he immediately began his professional career as a project manager for Elegant Properties in Atlanta, GA.
While holding this position, Bradley gained invaluable experience in constructing homes from the ground up ranging in price from the $130’s to $5M. Bradley honed his skills in design and custom craftsmanship while also overseeing all aspects of home building projects. From 2002 to 2008, Bradley worked on building projects in various neighborhoods in the metro Atlanta area including Hamilton Mill, Wild Timber, St. Ives, Governors Towne Club, and Brookmont. During this time Bradley became a state licensed real estate salesperson with Equivest Properties and a state licensed residential contractor during this time. He also later became a NARI certified Green Professional.
In the winter of 2008, Bradley used his many years of experience to begin his own thriving company, Hall Construction & Real Estate Services L.L.C, which offers complete design/build of custom homes, whole house remodeling, kitchen remodeling, bath remodeling, and additions.
Bradley is involved in NARI, The National Association of the Remodeling Industry. He believes that the core values of NARI correspond with Hall Design Build’s. Bradley completed a 12 week course and passed a 4 hour exam to become a NARI Certified Remodeler and now after 10 years as a CR he has become a Master Remodeler; a certification that is held by only the most committed industry professionals. He is involved in the local NARI board serving as leader of monthly round table discussions and is Chair of Georgia Home Builders Association (GAHBA). He regularly looks to continue his education and involvement.
In his spare time, Bradley enjoys spending time with his wife, Amanda, and their 3 sons. He is also an active member at The Church of the Apostles and The Citadel Alumni Association.
ANNA HICKS Design Consultant
Anna’s love for design began early in life. With each new milestone (i.e. starting middle school, starting high school, etc.) she would convince her parents it was time to redecorate and design her room. She also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood with her mom and talking about the houses exteriors and what they might change. When she was even younger, she would notoriously use Legos to build houses or floor plans to play with like a dollhouse.
Anna recognized her design eye early in college and decided to pursue it as a career. She graduated in 2014 from Tennessee Technological University with her degree in Housing & Design and later joined the Hall Design Build team in 2015 to be a Design Consultant.
If you asked her what her long-term goal would be, she would say to design & build a neighborhood.
When she’s not designing at work, Anna is designing at home. Her family just bought a fixer upper and are in the process of remodeling. Aside from design, Anna enjoys spending ample amounts of time outdoors with her husband, Kale, and their son Hudson. She also enjoys hosting game nights, reading a good book, or binge watching a good show.
